When I look at your blog in Chrome, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer,

 Hey! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it very difficult to set up your own blog?
I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out
pretty fast. I'm thinking about making my own but I'm not

 Hey this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you
have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding expertise
so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience.
